It proved to be a pretty productive Monday at Dover Downs for driver Tim Tetrick, who found his way to victory

lane on five occasions.

Tetrick missed the board in the opener before bouncing back to take the second half of the Daily Double with Missed Tide (1:54) for trainer Michael Horsey. He proceeded to make a round trip to victory lane in Race 3 with the Chuck Crissman, Jr.-trained Werecomingtogetya (1:56.1).

The Bionic Man returned to the winner’s circle in Race 7 with Wholeftthegateopen (1:52.2) for trainer Michael Hall before joining forces with conditioner Jim King, Jr. to take Race 9 with Ideal Shuttle (1:53). Proper Respect (1:52.4) was a popular winner in Race 13 for Tetrick and trainer Carlo Poliseno.

The five-win performance pushed Tetrick’s 2010 win total to 30, while his lifetime number climbed to 5,277. He’s on the verge of celebrating a major money milestone, as well. The man clad in green, yellow and white is just over $372,000 away from surpassing $75 million in career earnings.
