A run of upsets in the Pick 5 on Wednesday night (Jan. 25) at a rainy Yonkers Raceway led to the wager not being hit.
As a result, there will be a $6,126.59 carryover and a $20,000 guaranteed pool in the sequence on Thursday night (Jan. 26).
The guarantee in the Pick 5 is being offered as part of the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program. Free past performances for the Pick 5, courtesy of TrackMaster, will be available. The Pick 5, which begins in Race 5, has a takeout rate of 20 per cent.
Yonkers Raceway is currently operating on a Monday through Friday live racing schedule with post time at 7 p.m. (EST).
