The father-son duo of trainer Gregg and driver Doug McNair teamed up to win three races on Saturday night's (Jan. 23) harness racing card at Woodbine Racetrack.
Team McNair opened and closed the 10-race program with victories as Seelster Farms-bred pacing mare Aniston Seelster ($3.50) and gelding Legion Of Boom ($26.20) earned the first wins of their respective four-year-old campaigns. The McNairs were also victorious in the eighth race with four-year-old pacing gelding Naturescape ($32.10), another first-time 2016 winner.
Legion Of Boom led a 7-10-8-3-2 top five finish order for the Jackpot Hi-5, which resulted in a $33,325.09 carryover into Monday's card as there was no single winning ticket for the wager.
