Once on the front, Run And Tell Pap withstood the first-over challenge of Trustworthy Kid and scored for Dave Palone in 1:57.3 over a 'good' surface. The pocket-sitting TSM Photo Bugger was second, one and a half lengths back, while Austins Jon Jon rallied for show.
Ron Burke trains Run And Tell Pap, a seven-year-old High Falls-Adeles Jade gelding who extended his career bankroll to $442,921, for Burke Racing Stable, Weaver Bruscemi LLC and M1 Stable.
Palone drove four winners — three for Burke — on the 16-race card.
