Prix D'Amerique Field Set

Eighteen of Europe's top trotters will contest Sunday's $1.3 million Prix d'Amerique Marionnaud at the racecourse in Vincennes, France

.

Two-time champion Offshore Dream and trainer-driver Pierre Levesque will aim for the first three-peat in over 20 years. The legendary Ourasi swept the Prix d'Amerique Final from 1986 to 1988.

Other strong contenders in the 2,700 metre contest - more than 1 5/8 miles - include last year's runner up Opal Viking and 2008 Elitlopp winner Exploit Caf.

The event is expected to go to post at 3:40 p.m. local time.
