Standardbred Canada announced the finalists for the 2023 O’Brien Awards, honouring Canada’s best in harness racing over the past season, on Tuesday, Dec. 19.
The winners will be announced on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024 at the O’Brien Awards Gala, which will take place at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Prince Edward in Charlottetown, P.E.I.
There are two finalists in each category, which includes 12 divisional horse categories and five people categories. One of the divisional champions will also be recognized as the Somebeachsomewhere Horse of the Year.
