Returning to London’s Western Fair Raceway on Tuesday, Call Me Yours demolished the field of fillies and mares Preferred pacers as she rallied from last to first in just an eighth of a mile before kicking away to an

open-length victory.

After leaving from the outside post position and trailing the field through early fractions of :27.1, and :57.3, Call Me Yours circled the field down the backstretch, rolling three-deep past three-quarters in 1:27.4 and drawing off by five and a quarter lengths. Driven by Dave Wall, the six-year-old daughter of Your Nemesis-Lucky Call stopped the clock in 1:57.1 in the $12,600 feature event over a track rated "good" and one second off for her first win in two starts this year. Longshot Elm Grove Ilse (Robert Shepherd) came on for second, edging out Chief Karen (Doug McNair) and race favourite Sammy Syd (Bruce Richardson).

Owned, trained and bred by Stephen Gillard of Tavistock, Ont., Call Me Yours earned her 22nd career victory and watched her bankroll climb to $344,025.

Call Me Yours paid $17.60 to win as the 7-1 fourth choice.
