Woodbine Racetrack was forced to cancel Monday night's program following the fourth race due to unsafe track conditions.
The track conditioner suffered a break down just prior to race five which was the OSS Gold final for three-year-old filly pacers. A portion of the track was left damaged and after consultation between track officials, horsemen and the Ontario Racing Commission judges, it was deemed unsafe to race on.
The $140,000 OSS Gold Final will be scheduled for a later date. Details will be announced when they become available.
