Tips For Entries/Results Pages

As some people are having issues with the new version of the Entries & Results pages, we've compiled a list of common troubleshooting items that might prevent you from properly seeing the information.

The new system has been thoroughly tested and is fully compliant with web browsers Internet Explorer (IE) 7, Firefox 2+, and Safari 3.12. If your system has these web browsers installed with default settings, you should be able to view the Entries & Results properly.

If you have one of these web browsers installed and have issues with the new Entries & Results pages, please ensure that you don't have any third-party browser add-ons or plugins that could interfere with the page displaying properly. Some users have reported that pop-up blockers were preventing the information from displaying, and disabling the pop-up blocker was fixing the issue.

Some users have also reported loading the Entries & Results pages takes more time that expected, and that the browser appears to freeze. If this happens to you, try hitting the refresh button in your web browser. The refresh button will likely appear to have two curved green arrows pointing at each other (in Internet Explorer) or one blue circular arrow (Firefox).

The Entries & Results controls - the drop-down select boxes - are not displaying properly for some users. If this is the case, try the traditional racing view located at http://www.standardbredcanada.ca/racing/classic. Mobile users should also bookmark this page.
