Harness Racing's Owner of the Decade
Arlene and Jules Siegel are perennially near the top of the standings in harness racing as both owners and breeders. A retired pharamcist and nurse who owned a chain of discount drug stores prior to their involvement in racing, the Siegels operate standardbred nursery Fashion Farms, standing stallions Broadway Hall, Real Artist and Village Jolt and Western Cyclone, just north of Philadelphia, Penn. Homebreds Broadway Schooner and Dial Or Nodial topped the list of performers for the Siegels in 2009.
