Forry Named USTA Registrar

The USTA executive committee, which met this past weekend in Columbus, has confirmed the appointment of Janet Forry as the Association's registrar, effective immediately.

Forry has been with the USTA for a total of 16 years, as a member of the Information and Research Department, where she worked on such projects as the Sires and Dams, currency conversion, black type assignments, pedigrees, and on the design of PATHWAY. She had also worked for the Ohio Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association.

Forry will replace longtime USTA registrar Bob Luehrman, who recently announced his retirement, and who had served the USTA since 1969, most of that time as its registrar.
