Ynothos ranks second for most wins in Canada this year with 16 victories. The six-year-old Camystic mare put together a seven-win streak in the fall when she arrived at Rideau Carleton Raceway that included a 1:54.2 career-best effort in mid-October. Claimed five times for an average price of $9,500, she has been racing from the Victor Puddy stable for Quebec owner Limco Inc. since late October, but also earned victories earlier this year while in the care of trainers Mandy Archer, Patrick Dillon and Emily Leak. In addition to her impressive win count, the photogenic pacing mare had seven second-place finishes and three thirds to hit the board in 26 of her 29 starts while banking $53,317.
