Rules and Regulations
* The TCNHC Online Qualifier is not open to employees, directors or immediate family of Standardbred Canada, Great Canadian Gaming, or the Ontario Racing Commission.
* Entry into the contest is FREE.
* The contest is not open to people who have already qualified for the TCNHC.
* Entrants must be 18 years of age and over and a resident of Canada.
* Entrants must be able to verify place of residence with current and valid identifications.
* Entrants must be available to travel and arrive in Barrie, Ont. no later than noon (EST) on Saturday, October 30 to participate in the TCNHC at Georgian Downs on this date.
* If a selected horse has no payout price (and finishes first, second, or third), then the following prices will be assigned: $10 for win, $5 for place and $3 for show.
* If a selected horse is scratched, the contestant will be assigned the post time favourite.
Grand Prize
* The three entrants with the largest bankrolls from placing mythical $2 win, place and show bets on the 12 Breeders Crown Finals, on Saturday, October 9 at Mohegan Sun Pocono will win the Grand Prize.
* The Grand Prize consists of entry into the TROT Canada National Handicapping Championship on Saturday, October 30, along with accommodation for one (1) night. Prize is not transferable.
* Please note that airfare and travel expenses are NOT included in the prize, players will be responsible for their own travel costs
Contest
* Participants will place mythical $2 win, place, show wagers on the 12 Breeders Crown Championship Races carded at Mohegan Sun Pocono on Saturday, October 9, 2010.
* The three entrants with the highest bankroll win a spot in the 2010 TCNHC.
* In the event of a tie first, second or third place, the winners will be selected by blind draw.
* Limit of one entry per person
* Contest closes Saturday, October 9, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time
* Each Participant agrees to abide by all published tournament rules and regulations. In the event of a dispute, Officials of the Championship will render a decision in their sole discretion. All players abide by and agree that the decision of the Officials is final. The Officials have the right to disqualify any participant who has violated any of the rules and regulations.
* Standardbred Canada (SC) reserves the right to add, delete, amend or change any portion of the contest rules and regulations. SC also reserves the right to cancel the contest for any reason.
