With just two races left in the quest to determine Canada's representative to the World Driving Championship, reinsman Gilles Barrieau, who is representing Atlantic Canada, has taken a slight lead over Ontario's Mario Baillargeon.
Barrieau leads with a total of 49 points, with Baillargeon moving up from fifth to second position with 45 points.
Only three races remain in tonight's National Driving Championship, and the top points earner will represent Canada at the World Driving Championship.
