The National Capital Region Harness Horse Association has announced the scheduling of a meeting for horsepeople in the area of Belleville, Ontario to vote on a contract.
The meeting will take place on Monday, December 15 at 7:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion in Napanee, ON.
Voting rights will be restricted.
