According to Harness Racing PEI, the cold weather throughout Atlantic Canada could lead to the cancellation of
the Saturday, January 17 race program at Charlottetown Driving Park, which is scheduled for a 1:00 p.m. start.
Environment Canada is forecasting temperatures at -21 C with extreme wind chills registering -36 C.
Harness Racing PEI officials will be making a decision at 8:00 a.m. (AST) on Saturday.
