It’s only fitting that Jim Devaux achieved a major career milestone at Monticello Raceway, where it all began for the 56-year-old in 1990.

On Tuesday (May 16) at Saratoga Casino Hotel, La Bella Vita N won the $18,200 Fillies and Mares Winners Over/Open Handicap, marking the 5,000th trip to the winner's circle for her pilot Shawn Gray.

New Zealand invader Wahs Fire Bug N recorded her first Saratoga win in the $18,200 Fillies and Mares Open on Tuesday (Feb. 21).
