Due to weather conditions which have cancelled races and qualifiers around the state, the Pennsylvania Fair Circuit has announced a change
.
Effective for the final three fairs of the 2011 season (York, Gratz, Bloomsburg), the '45-Day Rule' for PASS events will be changed to a 75-day rule.
Races at all three fairs will still be charted.
