The Kawartha Downs race office would like to remind all horsepeople of six added-money racing series which will be taking place in the coming months.
There will be a $100 entry fee for each series.
Brief descriptions of each of the series are listed below.

The Bride To Be Pacing Series
• For fillies and mares
• For 'maidens' (non-winners of a race as of September 24, 2010)
• Nominations and entry fees are due Saturday, September 25
• 1st Leg - Saturday, October 2
• 2nd Leg - Saturday, October 9
• Final - Saturday, October 16
The Bachelor Pacing Series
• For colts and geldings
• For 'maidens' (non-winners of a race as of October 15, 2010)
• Nominations and entry fees are due Saturday, October 16, 2010
• 1st leg - Saturday, October 23
• 2nd leg - Saturday, October 30
• Final - Saturday, November 6
Last Dash For Cash Trotting Series
• For non-winners of $40,000 in lifetime earnings (no allowances) as of September 30, 2010
• Nominations and entry fees due Saturday, October 23
• Eliminations - Tuesday, November 2
• Final - Tuesday, November 9
Just For The Girls $8,500 Claim/Cond Pacing Series
• For non-winners of $40,000 in lifetime earnings (no allowances) as of September 30, 2010
