Service details have been announced for longtime harness racing industry participant Real (Coco) Cormier who passed away on June 5, 2020.
Cormier will be laid to rest in his hometown of Shawinigan, Que. on September 24, 2022. The funeral was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Cormier, who was a longtime trainer/driver, owned the Pinehurst track restaurant for the past 24 years with his wife, Tracy.
The family plans on a small service but stated that if anyone is in the area, they are more than welcome to attend.
Funeral will be held September 24, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. at Cimetiere St-Joseph, 1483 Rue de la Paix in Shawinigan, Que.
