Kawartha Downs has cancelled its last eight races on the Saturday night (September 24) card due to track lighting electrical issues on the backstretch.
Racing is scheduled to resume next Saturday, with a 7 p.m. post time. The Fan Appreciation Night will feature the Hands On Horses program and lots of prizes and giveaways throughout the evening.
