Participants in the Gold Super Finals for Ontario Sires Stakes two-year-old Colt Trotters and two-year-old Colt Pacers to be held Saturday, September 28 are advised that an emergency hearing has been called by the Ontario Racing Commission to hear two appeals related to the breaking rule.
Interested parties can attend and make submission at the hearing, which will be held at 11:00 am tomorrow, Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at the Hearing Room of the ORC at 10 Carlson Court, Suite 400 in Toronto.
The appellants for Arthur Blue Chip (2YO Colt Pace) and Utopia (2YO Colt Trot) are separately appealing the application of ORC Rule 12.10.01 and 12.10.02 related to breaks and related to their eligibility to enter their respective Super Final races.
