Trot Insider has learned that an extensive automobile accident on Highway 401 has snarled traffic for miles and could affect horsemen shipping in for tonight's scheduled race cards at Mohawk Racetrack, Flamboro Downs and Grand River Raceway.
The accident has occurred in the eastbound lanes of Highway 401, west of Guelph Line and has backed traffic up for miles.
