Running Aces has announced that it will be offering a $100,000 guaranteed pool for its 20-cent Jackpot Pick-5 wager during its meet-closing program this Saturday night (Sept. 15), in cooperation with the USTA’s Strategic Wagering Program.
The Pick-5 carryover pool heading into the Saturday card is $41,769.84. The six-figure guarantee will mark the highest guaranteed pool in the track’s history and will add to the richest program of harness racing in Minnesota history. Total purses for the program will exceed $400,000.
For the 2018 Night of Champions program, Running Aces has partnered with Xpressbet as a promotional sponsor, and the record-setting racing program on Saturday will also feature drawings and giveaways from both Xpressbet and Running Aces.
There will also be a carryover of $1,355.86 for the 50-cent early Pick-4 wager, and there will be mandatory payouts in all pools on Saturday night. In addition to the solid program of live racing, there will be live music, and food and drink specials offered as well. Post time for the first betting race will be at 6:00 p.m. (CDT).
