The Thursday evening (Aug. 9) harness racing program at Red Shores Racetrack & Casino at Charlottetown Driving Park has been cancelled due to severe thunderstorms and unsafe track conditions.
The program will be rescheduled for Friday (Aug. 10). Post time is 1 p.m. Atlantic.
