Trot Insider has learned that former Standardbred racehorse owner/trainer Jeffrey ‘JT’ Theriault passed away suddenly, with his loving family by his side, on Sunday, August 4 at the age of 57.
Cherished husband and best friend of Lori Willson for 19 years. Beloved father of Aymee Ouellette (Adam), Jeff Jr. ‘JC’ (Kristy), Brittany (Adrian). Adored grandpa of Drake, Mya, Mason and Jax. Much loved son of Carol Theriault (Awad) and the late Emile ‘Emmer’ (2017). Son-in-law of the late Bill Willson (2017) and June Willson (2019). Dear brother of Mark (Helen), Denise (Chris), Chris (Lori), Matt (Sonia), Dan (Cherie). Brother-in-law of Dave Willson (Sandy), Leeann Durrell (the late Troy, 2013), the late Duke Willson (2007). Lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Lifelong best friend of Mark ‘Tank’ Lascelle. Sadly missed by his fur baby, Mickey.
Jeff worked at Chrysler Canada for 26 years, and was a proud member of Unifor Local 444. Jeff will be greatly missed by many friends that he played slo-pitch and golf with, as well as his brothers at work. Jeff was one of a kind and loved by anyone who was lucky enough to have met him.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, August 8 from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. On Friday, August 9, friends may join the family after 11:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. at Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841.
