Red Shores Summerside will play host to another action-packed card of racing Wednesday, August 29 with special trackside presentations on the evening program.

Members of the Cameron family will be in victory lane to greet the winning connections of Race 3. Hopedale Paris is the morning line favourite in the Ivan & Isabelle Cameron pace for trainer-driver Joey Pineau and owner Ken MacInnis of Charlottetown. The pacer will be gunning for his fourth win of the season. Track announcer Vance Cameron will be calling all the action in his parent’s memorial race.

The PEI Sports Hall of Fame will present the cooler in Race 4 in honour of this year’s inductees The Crystal Sisters, Don McDougall, Armand Martin and Clair Sudsbury.

Elm Grove Goldie (to be driven by Kenny Arsenault) and Margen Sandpiper (Gary Chappell) headline the Peter Coughlin Memorial in Race 5.

The evening’s top class has a stellar line-up with Every Day drawing the rail for driver Brian Andrew. The son of Western Terror shows chart lines in 1:55.3 and 1:56 and will be able to use his starting point to his advantage, as Pembroke Fella, a winner in 1:56 in his last outing, drew Post 7 for Kenny Murphy.

First-race post time is 6:00 p.m.
