The Implementation and Monitoring (IM) Group of the Ontario Racing Program (ORP) has received an application from Woodbine Entertainment Group (WEG) to vary their approved 2012 Thoroughbred Race Date Schedule, cancelling Thursdays from September 13 to November 29.
A copy of the application is attached to this Notice. The decision on this application will be made by the Director. Before formulating its recommendation to the Director, the IM Group is seeking public input regarding this proposed change to the approved Thoroughbred race dates at Woodbine Racetrack.
Input, comments or concerns regarding this request must be received by 12 noon on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 to be considered. Your submissions should be forwarded to the attention of the IM Group, as follows:
