Northfield Park has announced that it has changed the date of its Night of Champions for Ohio's top county fair
performers.
The date was originally Saturday, October 3, but the event will now take place the evening of Saturday, October 10.
The change comes due to a schedule conflict with the Coshocton Fair.
"A number of horsemen who are staked both to Coshocton and the Night of Champions have expressed concerns and we have accommodated them by moving the date back one week," director of Racing Gregg Keidel was quoted as saying via release.
Declarations for the Night of Champions are now due Wednesday, October 7 at 9:00 a.m.
