A reminder regarding Yonkers Raceway’s matinee program this Sunday (August 27), with a 12:30 p.m. Eastern first post. It’s the seventh of eight consecutive Sundays.
It’s a dozen-race card, with races two (approximate post time 12:55 p.m.) through five (2:30 p.m.) of the “French” theme, as in overflow fields at the mile-and-one-quarter distance.
The “New York, New York Double” is also back this Sunday, including Saratoga’s third race (post time 2:07 p.m.) and Yonkers’ fifth race (2:30 p.m.)
Final post for Sunday is scheduled for 4:50 p.m.
