Sixty-two time winner and $2-million career earner Escape The Wind will be one of the stars of the upcoming Ontario Standardbred Adoption Society’s Horse Show on Sunday, September 2.
Roger Mayotte, who campaigned the iron-tough pacer, is scheduled to be on hand to drive the now-retired horse in the open driving class.
All are welcome to attend the annual event at Touch N Go Farm in Campbellville, Ontario, which will get underway at 10:00 a.m. An entry form with the full list of classes is available here.
Also of note, on Tuesday, August 28 at 7:00 p.m. CP24's 'Animal House Calls' will air a feature on OSAS, including several of the horses currently available for adoption.
