On Wednesday there will be a horse racing handicapping seminar hosted by John Zimich, public relations director for racing, and live race show partner Randy Castellani in the clubhouse from 5:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. Fans are invited to participate.

For the live harness racing evening there will be 50-cent hot dogs, soda and beer and special drawings for spa packages provided by WBSX.

In addition, seven lucky fans will get a chance to ride in the starting car for the start of a live race. Entries must be in before the fifth race.

There also will be drawings for spa packages and four tickets for the upcoming Foreigner Concert at Pocono with the winner also receiving dinner for four at the clubhouse.

WBSX will be broadcasting live from the racetrack from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and will feature station personality Jim McKay.

Another seven lucky fans will get a chance to ride in the starting car for the USTA’s 'Back to the Track' promotion on Saturday, August 14. There also will be 50-cent hot dogs, soda and beer available on this special day. Free live racing programs also will be given to patrons.
