The Pick 5 sequence on Friday night at Yonkers Raceway started out with 41-1 shot Unico Legend N winning, and then that was followed up by 26-1 Cool Blues Man getting a victory.
Keyed by those two upsets, the Pick 5 ended up having no winning tickets, and so there will be a $2,777.12 carryover and a $10,000 guaranteed pool in that wager on Monday night’s program (August 2). The Pick 6 was also not hit, resulting in a $1,601.64 carryover into the same card.

The Pick 5, which begins in race five, has a takeout rate of 20 percent, as does the Pick 6, which gets going in the third race.
