Officials with Hippodrome 3R have informed Trot Insider of an upcoming post time change at the track. Also, the track has announced that the qualifying session that had been scheduled for the date has been cancelled.

Post time change at Hippodrome 3R on August 4
Due to a 'cart-racing activity' to be held in afternoon on the site adjacent to the racetrack, and to ensure the safety of the horses, please take note that the first race post time for the card of live racing on Sunday, August 4 at Hippodrome 3R will be at 7:00 p.m. instead of 1:00 p.m., as scheduled.
In addition, the qualifying session that was scheduled for before the pari-mutuel card has been cancelled (there will be no qualifying races on Sunday, August 4).

En raison d'une activité de "courses de karting" qui aura lieu sur le site adjacent à l'Hippodrome 3R en après-midi et afin d'assurer la sécurité des chevaux, veuillez prendre note que le premier départ pour le programme de courses du dimanche 4 août à l’Hippodrome 3R aura lieu à 19h00 au lieu de 13h00 comme prévu.
De plus, le programme de courses de qualification prévu avant le programme régulier a été annulé. Il n’y aura donc pas de courses de qualification le dimanche 4 août.
