The Ontario Ministry of Agriculture Food and Rural Affairs has released its August edition of Horse News and Views, which also includes an informational sheet entitled Horse Disease Surveillance – Summer 2009
.
The informational sheet is compiled by Dr. Bob Wright, Animal Health and Welfare/Office of the Chief Veterinarian for Ontario, OMAFRA, and lists the current statuses of reportable diseases, immediately notifiable diseases and annually notifiable diseases.
