After Wednesday (July 24) afternoon's Pick 4 at Harrah's Philadelphia had no four-of-four winners, $4,110 will be carried over to the Thursday (July 25) Pick 4. As a result, the guaranteed pool for Thursday's Pick 4 has been raised to $15,000.
The Pick 4, a $1 base wager (minimum $2 aggregate ticket) starts in the seventh race, with an approximate post time of 2:35 p.m. First post for the Thursday card at Harrah's Philadelphia is slated for 12:40 p.m. eastern time.
