As a courtesy to horsemen, the Meadows is reminding once again that entries for 2009 Delvin Miller Adios eliminations must be received by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 21.
Those eliminations will be contested on Friday, July 24, with the final and a $50,000 consolation scheduled for Saturday, August 1. First race post time for each Adios card is 12:15 p.m. For all other races on the July 24 card, the box will close at 9:00 a.m.
This year’s Adios will offer a total purse exceeding $800,000, richest in the 43-year history of the event.
The Meadows also announced that on Monday, July 20, it will implement a three-day box with a 9:00 a.m. closing time for all cards, except as noted above.
