The Harness Horse Breeders of New York State would like to remind horsepeople of changes for the New York Sire Stakes events at Goshen Historic Track on Saturday, July 5 and Sunday, July 6.
There will be Excelsior ‘A’ and ‘B’ races for those horses paid into the Excelsior division. There will be no points for either level. The start will not count for entry into a final event.
If you first raced in NYSS #53, #54 or Excelsior A you may move down to B. If you race in Excelsior B and then move up you may not return to B. This is the same at all tracks.
You may race at Goshen and still enter any other NYSS event you are eligible to without restrictions.
