Clinton Preps For Historic Sunday Card

The richest day in the history of Clinton Raceway is set for this Sunday afternoon at 1:30 p.m

.

"Everything has come together for this to be one of the greatest days in our track's history. The weather forecast couldn't be any better and it's certain to be a great highlight of Clinton's 40th Anniversary Season," said Ian Fleming, the track's General Manager and Racing Secretary. "The wealth of Ontario Sires Stakes three-year-old filly trotters bringing in eight divisions and our richest annual single race, the Kin Pace for over $57,000 is what made the purses just skyrocket to a record level for this program."

The huge program is the crowning event on the Central Huron region's Pluckinfest Weekend, in support of the charitable and compassionate projects of the Clinton Kinettes and Kinsmen Club. The Canadian Raptor Conservancy will also be presenting it's Birds Of Prey show at 12:30 and 4:30 p.m.
