Officials with Vernon Downs have announced that the track’s draw schedule will be changed next week.
Vernon will conduct a double draw this coming Monday (July 23) for its Thursday, July 26 and Saturday, July 28 programs of live racing. The box will close at 9 a.m.
Thursday driver changes will be due by Tuesday at 10 a.m., while Saturday driver changes will be due by Thursday at 10 a.m.
Vernon will not conduct live racing on Friday, July 27 due to the Wynonna and the Big Noise concert.
Vernon will host a qualifying session on Thursday (July 26) instead of the usual Friday because of the concert. The entry box for the session will close at 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
