The Dr. Harry M. Zweig Memorial Trot will be raced at Vernon Downs on the evening of Sunday, July 19. Post time for the program has been changed to 6:05 p.m., pending regulatory approval.
The draw for the stakes will take place on Thursday, July 16 with the box closing at 9 a.m.
The Zweig main event for both the open and filly divisions will be comprised of the top nine lifetime money winners that declare. Consolation races are offered, contingent upon a sufficient number of entries.
The Zweig main event open and filly divisions will require horses to report for detention by 8 p.m. on Saturday, July 18. The contact number for detention is 315-717-2617.
