Atlantic Sires Stakes harness racing action will be the highlight of several race cards this week during Lobster Carnival Week in Summerside, PEI

Tuesday evening will see both the two and three-year-old trotters take to the Summerside oval. Two divisions of the freshmen trotters will each compete for a $7,300 purse. The sophomore trotters will also race in two $7,380 divisions. First-race post time on Tuesday will be 7:00 p.m.
It will be the two-year-old pacing fillies' time to shine on Wednesday evening, as three 'A' divisions worth $9,540 apiece will each go forward. There will also be three 'B' divisions on the Wednesday evening card of racing.
The two-year-old pacing colts will take to the track on Thursday evening, as three $9,160 A divisions will head to post. Three $2,500 B divisions will also be contested.
Harness racing action will continue on Friday and Saturday when the three-year-old pacing fillies and colts meet for competition.
