Powerful Toy Passes

Owner Jeff Stacy reports that Powerful Toy p,3,1:51.1 ($868,657) passed away on Monday (June 4) at the Agricultural Technical Institute in Apple Creek, Ohio.

Colic was the cause of death.

Powerful Toy won 10 of 56 races in his career, including the 2000 Cane Pace, 2000 Progress Pace and 1999 and 2000 Matron Stakes.

He stood as a stallion in both Delaware and Ohio, with his offspring earning more than $9 million with twenty-eight $100,000 winners.
