GCGC Announces Election Of Directors

On Friday, June 20, the Great Canadian Gaming Corporation announced that at its annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 19, all directors nominated as listed in the information circular dated May 5 were elected.

A release from GCGC states that as a ballot was not required, the number of votes disclosed reflects only the proxies received by management of Great Canadian in advance of the meeting.

Great Canadian has also filed a report of voting results on all other resolutions voted on at the meeting on sedar.com.
