With final approvals in place from the Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency and the Atlantic Provinces Harness Racing Commission, Horse Racing New Brunswick has announced live harness racing will return to Connell Park Raceway in Woodstock, N.B. on July 1.
The feature on the card will be the Walter Dale Memorial, Canada’s oldest Free For All race, carrying a purse of $8,000. The region's fastest aged horses will battle for points on the road to the Premiers Cup. Post time will be 1 p.m.
