The race office at The Downs at Mohegan Sun Pocono would like to remind all horsemen and women that entries for the card for this coming Saturday, June 25 -- which will include Sun Stakes Saturday eliminations -- must be made by tomorrow, Monday, June 20 at 9 a.m., as Monday is draw day for Saturday racing at The Downs in 2016.
The Saturday, June 25 card will contain the eliminations races for the $500,000 Franklin free-for-all pace, the $500,000 Hempt three-year-old colt pace, the $500,000 Beal three-year-old colt trot, and the $300,000 Lynch three-year-old filly pace.
