After being forced to cancel the live race card on Sunday, May 31, Clinton Raceway has announced that the 35th annual Charity Driver's Challenge will be rescheduled for Sunday, August 16.
The event, a fundraiser for the Royal Canadian Legion, will pit Clinton’s top three drivers of 2014 — Trevor Henry, Ryan Holliday and Bruce Richardson — against James MacDonald, Jody Jamieson, Doug McNair and Mike Saftic from the Woodbine Entertainment Group (WEG) circuit and Canada’s leading dash winner, Alfie Carroll, who turned 30 in early May, and is leading the nation with over 200 wins already in 2015.
Dinner tickets purchased from the cancelled event will be honoured on the reschedule date. For more information please visit clintonraceway.com.
