Per the New Jersey Racing Commission, winning tickets and vouchers that expired during Meadowlands Racetrack and Winners Bayonne closures due to COVID-19 can now be cashed.
Bettors with Meadowlands and Winners winning tickets that expired in 2020 are encouraged come out to the track and cash-in at any mutuels window at the Meadowlands or Winners.
In addition, the mutuels department and NJRC must verify any tickets from September 16, 2019 through November 1, 2019 before they will be cashed.
Tickets and vouchers can also be cashed in via registered mail by sending in the tickets along with a self-addressed and stamped envelope to:
