Ed McNeight entered into rest on Sunday, May 24.

He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Patsy (nee Doster); beloved father of Edward Jr. (Sue Elson), John (Vicki), Richard, James (Ann), and Lisa (Steven); cherished grandfather of Edward (Trisha), Robert, Samantha, Adam, Lindsay(Charles), John Jr., Melissa, Kelsey (Adrian), James Jr., and Olivia; dear great grandfather of Ayden, Lucas, Angelia, Nathan, Addison, Braden, Leo, Zac and Devon and two great great-grandchildren; treasured brother of David (Betty) McNeight and Paula Donovan.

Edward loved his home in Florida and his pontoon boat which he stopped for lunch along his route. His favourite past time was to show the family around town and having coffee and doing the crossword with Patsy in the carport. Edward
was proud of his family, supported his children in all their endeavours, and loved to spend time with his grandchildren.

He is a past union president of Local 1286 Longshoreman. Edward 'Poppy' will be very missed, but never forgotten.

Due to current social gathering limitations, visitation and services will be privately attended by family at Lombardo Funeral Home (Southtowns Chapel). Reverend Romulus Rosolowski of Our Lady of Victory Basilica will officiate, followed by burial at Hillcrest Cemetery.

Please join Standardbred Canada in offering condolences to the family and friends of Ed McNeight.
