Grand River Raceway would like to inform horsepeople that training on Tuesday, May 28 has been cancelled as the track will be closed for maintenance due to excessive rain.
Qualifiers will be held on Wednesday, May 29 and the regular schedule of training will resume on Thursday, May 30 at 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
Regular training days are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 12 noon for the racing season. All horses must vacate the paddock by 1 p.m.
The 2024 harness racing season at the Elora, Ont. oval is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, June 5.
